Three-year framework agreement for the construction & refurbishment of 33/11kV substations.
Scope of work covers:
- Procurement and installation of 33kV structures, post insulators, busbars, circuit connections, relay panels, protection panels, earth switches, floodlighting, earthing and multicore cables; earth grid installation.
- Construction of transformer foundations, oil containment bunds, support structures, cable and earthing track excavation, access roads, fencing and substation resurfacing; electrical equipment commissioning and testing.
- Principal Contractor responsibility under CDM regulations.
- Protection design.
- Provision of Senior Authorised Person (SAP) authorised to 33kV.
- Provision of final commissioning records and drawings.
